Education Ascended

Om Education was founded in 2024 to be the next step in the evolution of education. We are committed to helping children in their quest to discover their “I Am” truth and learn more about themselves, while simultaneously providing rigorous academic curriculums that will keep students challenged & promote strong critical, creative, & analytical thinking skills.

Om Education recognizes that each student is, first and foremost, a person. As such, a student’s environment and mood affect their ability to perform in and out of an academic setting. So, each session starts with a “Check In”, allowing students to open up about any and all happenings in their lives. This building of trust forges bonds and allows for a stronger relationship to develop than simply “student and teacher”.

We build heart-based, long-lasting connections that are far from the one-dimensional, purely academic lessons. We believe this creates the best mindset to allow each person to thrive in and out of academics. Combined with our vast areas of expertise (SEE SERVICES), we’re confident that we are an ideal match for your child.

Meet Scott,

Founder & CEO

Virtual Classes, Tutoring, Meditation, Mindfulness, Homeschooling, Homework Help, Secondary School, Standardized Tests, Standardized Exams, Executive Functioning, AP Classes, High School Tutor, Middle School Tutor, Elementary School Tutor,

Scott uses a heart-based approach to bring out the best in each student.

Scott holds a B.S from UMass Amherst, completed a Post Baccalaureate Pre-Med program at Harvard University, and worked as a Teaching Assistant in Harvard’s biology department.

Scott has been tutoring for over 15 years, starting in high school as a STEM tutor. He’s a Lightworker who has practiced and trained in mindfulness exercises for more than 22 years.

Over the past 5+ years, Scott has worked extensively with students from some of the top universities and private secondary schools in the United States, including Brown University, Harvard University, Carnegie Mellon University, Phillips Exeter, Roxbury Latin, Commonwealth School, Noble & Greenough School, Woodside Priory School, Buckingham Browne & Nichols School, and more.

Scott founded Om Education to help students embrace their “I Am”.

After working as a private tutor, in the university system, and with secondary schools, Scott kept on coming across a simple fact: children are sick of the old model. He founded Om Education to guide students to discover more about themselves and their “I Am”.

Scott has in-depth experience working with neurodivergent students, including those with ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, and test anxiety, and has advised parents on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with their children’s school officials.

Additionally, Scott has experience working with both domestic and international students, including from countries such as China, Japan, Denmark, Russia, Estonia, Ukraine, France, Germany, Spain, and others.

“Scott goes above and beyond and he is so much more than a tutor; he is an incredibly thoughtful and compassionate teacher who unconditionally supported our son.”

“We first connected with Scott a year before we began our son’s application process to a set of competitive 7-12th grade schools. We sought a high-quality, one-on-one tutoring environment to help our son study for the ISEE. Within weeks of working with Scott, we discovered his unmatched capabilities not just in the depth of standardized test tutoring, but in deciphering exactly how our son learns and optimizing the teaching plan which ultimately led to an incredibly positive outcome. Scott homed in on topics that our son found most difficult, and he always succeeded in breaking through to help our son’s performance improve.

Scott took tremendous care to not only teach our son, but he focused on our son’s overall state of mind and mental health. Scott also helped us as parents maintain perspective throughout the process. He regularly communicated our son’s progress, areas of strength, and where he needed additional support. Scott goes above and beyond and he is so much more than a tutor; he is an incredibly thoughtful and compassionate teacher who unconditionally supported our son.”
